Terms of Service
Effective August 26, 2026
Welcome to attend360. These terms are a contract between you and attend360 (“we”, “us”) covering your use of attend360.net and its RSVP, invitation, and event-management services (the “Service”). By creating an event, responding to one, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
attend360 lets hosts create event pages, share RSVP links, collect responses, and manage guest lists. Guests can respond to events, claim potluck items, and receive event-related messages without creating an account. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
2. Your account and your events
You can use the Service with or without an account. Event dashboards are protected by a private management link (and optionally your account); you are responsible for keeping that link private — anyone who has it can manage your event. You're responsible for the accuracy of the event details you publish and for having the right to invite the people you contact through the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send spam or messages to people who have not asked to hear from you;
- host events that are unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive;
- upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or sexually exploitative;
- harvest or misuse guests' personal information;
- probe, disrupt, or overload the Service or access it by automated means without permission.
We may remove content or suspend events and accounts that violate these rules.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload — event details, photos, flyers, messages. You grant us the limited license we need to host, display, and transmit that content in order to run the Service (for example, showing your event page to guests and sending your reminder emails). We don't sell your content or use it for advertising.
5. Guest data
RSVP responses and sign-ups belong to the event's host. As a host, you agree to use guest information only for the event it was collected for, and to honor guests' requests to update or remove their responses. Our own handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Paid features and refunds
The core Service is free. If you purchase a paid upgrade for an event, the price and what it includes are shown at checkout. Refunds: if you're not happy with a paid upgrade, contact us before your event's date and we'll refund it in full. After the event date, upgrades are non-refundable. Taxes may apply based on your location.
7. The Service is provided as-is
We work hard to keep attend360 fast and reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that messages (email or SMS) will be delivered, or that the Service will meet your needs. Your event is your responsibility — please don't rely on the Service as your only record of critical information.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, attend360 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to delete your events and data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or harms the Service or other users.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll make reasonable efforts to give notice (for example, a notice on the site). Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
