Why per event and not a subscription?
Most hosts throw one big gathering a year — a reunion, a milestone birthday, the church picnic. A monthly fee makes no sense for that, so you pay once for the event that needs the extra power, and everything else stays free.
When is Organizer worth it over per-event?
At 7 or more Pro events in a year, Organizer pays for itself — churches, PTAs, and reunion committees get there fast. It covers a year from purchase, doesn't auto-renew, and applies to every event your signed-in account creates.
What happens to events I create during the launch period?
They keep their Pro features permanently. When pricing takes effect it applies only to events created after that date — no rug-pulls, ever.
Do my guests ever pay or sign up?
Never. Guests tap your link and RSVP — no app, no account, no phone verification, no charge, on every plan.
Refunds?
If you're not happy with a Pro upgrade, contact us before your event's date for a full refund. Details in the Terms of Service.
